The Objective

This objective was conducted in honor of and to keep alive the memory of PFC Nathan E. Stahl. PFC Stahl was KIA on 21 September 2004, during a combat patrol in central Iraq after an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated near his vehicle. At the time of his death he was serving with 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Lest we forget, RLTW!

Honorable Mention

SSG Matthew A. Kimmel was KIA on 11 October 2005 in Muqdadiyah, Iraq, after an IED detonated near his vehicle. At the time of his death he was serving as a Special Forces engineer assigned to 3rd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (A). Prior to serving with Special Forces, SSG Kimmel had been assigned to C Company, 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Lest we forget, RLTW!
